Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid purchases on The PTE Master ("the Service"), operated by The PTE Master, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

Paid plans are one-time mock-test credit packs — for example 3, 7 or 15 AI-scored mock tests — which also unlock AI scoring and feedback while you have credits. They are not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to auto-renew or cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page in Australian dollars (AUD), and in Indian rupees (₹) for customers in India. Payments are processed by Razorpay — in ₹ for customers in India and in AUD for international customers.

2. Refund on unused credits (change of mind)

If you simply change your mind, refunds apply to unused credits only, on this basis:

We refund to your original payment method.

3. Credits already used are non-refundable

Starting or AI-scoring a mock test uses one credit and triggers an immediate cost from our AI providers. Credits you have already used are non-refundable at any time, and only the unused credits in a pack can qualify for the change-of-mind refund in section 2 — except where a refund is required by law (see section 7).

4. How to request a refund

Email us through our support page with the email on your account and your order/payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or UPI provider may take additional time to show the credit.

5. Cancellation

Because packs are one-time purchases, there is no recurring billing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account and data from your profile page. If we ever introduce a recurring subscription, you will be able to cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Failed, duplicate or unauthorised payments

If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or you were charged twice, or you believe a charge was not authorised by you, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect or duplicate charge in full.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law — including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence — which cannot be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and cannot be met, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
