Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of The PTE Master ("the Service"), operated by The PTE Master, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What The PTE Master is

The PTE Master is an independent practice and preparation tool for the PTE Academic exam. It is not the official test, and our scores are practice estimates generated by AI — they are not your official PTE result and do not guarantee any outcome on the real exam. Your official result comes only from Pearson on test day. The PTE Master is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson; "PTE Academic" is a trademark of its owner.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or use the Service with a parent/guardian). You can delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it; no sharing accounts to evade limits; no uploading unlawful content; no automated/bulk access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its AI features.

4. AI scoring and voice

Some features send your answer text and (for speaking) your audio/transcript to third-party AI providers for scoring, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output is an estimate and may be imperfect. By using these features you accept that processing.

5. Plans, payments & refunds

Free features are provided at no cost. Paid plans (when available) and their prices are shown on our pricing page (in Australian dollars, and in Indian rupees for customers in India) and include applicable taxes where required. Mock-test packs are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Because some paid features incur immediate third-party costs (AI usage), refunds for consumed AI usage may not be available, except where required by law (see below). Full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Consumer protection

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to meet such a guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" for practice purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome or decision you make based on practice scores.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh — except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional rights. Questions: please use our contact form.
